  1. grandma jean the dish she made famous is crisp fried chicken.To make this famous dish made by grandma you have to put the chicken in flour,then cut the stove on,then you drop the floured chicken in the pot while it cook for 3 min. you turn the chicken on the other side while it cook then the chicken would come out nice and crisp the way we like it.
